Take U.S. 281 south; exit west on Nolana. Go approx. 4 miles to 23rd St.; turn right on 23rd St.; go about 1 mile north to Industrial Dr. (on the right of the light opposite Zinnia). Turn right on Industrial Dr.; Joy Plaza is directly on the left behind Joy Dollar.

From Houston:
Take U.S. 77 south; exit west on Highway 83 to McAllen. Go 4.7 miles to 23rd St.; exit right onto 23rd St.; go 4.2 miles north to Industrial Dr. (on the right of the light opposite Zinnia). Turn right on Industrial Dr.; Joy Plaza is directly on the left behind Joy Dollar.
